EnTrance Self hypnosis

Insomnia is a debilitating issue at the best of times. But when the World is at a standstill and peoples lives feel like they're on hold - not forgetting a fear or even reality of losing loved one, insomnia can become a waking nightmare.

Covidsomnia has become a thing over 2020-21. Sometimes through lack of stimulation or exercise, sometimes though anxiety and worry, if not dealt with, insomnia can become a habit. A self fulfilling prophecy habit at that.

That's the bad news, the good news is that despite everything, you already have the tools in your box to deal with this. Hardwired into your psyche is the secrets of sleep. It's one of the very first things you access as a human baby.

In this guided meditation we aim to relax you enough to reconnect yourself with this hardwired human instinct.

Trance (as a form of hypnosis) is merely a form of relaxation where the mind falls into a form of daydream.
