Covidsomnia has become a thing over 2020-21. Sometimes through lack of stimulation or exercise, sometimes though anxiety and worry, if not dealt with, insomnia can become a habit. A self fulfilling prophecy habit at that.

In this guided meditation we aim to relax you enough to reconnect yourself with this hardwired human instinct.
